At HAFWAY we love to go on adventures with our young people because we think it is important that they get to have fun, enjoy new experiences and discover the wonder of the world around us. This means we offer a wide range of trips such as days at the beach, bowling, picnics, walks in the countryside, canoeing, laser quest, go-karting, ice-skating, museums, weekends away, summer camps and more. As many of our young people come from economically disadvantaged backgrounds we heavily subsidise a lot of our trips. We mainly do this through fundraising events which the young people love to get involved in.

The young people are always heavily involved in the planning of our trips and adventures from deciding where to go to the finer details of helping organise the transport, budgets, cooking (if required) and more. This offers the young people the chance to learn new skills and feel a sense of achievement as they see their plans and hard work become a reality.
